Delete Your Account

To permanently delete your Poof account in the app:

1. Sign in to Poof.
2. Open Profile, then Settings.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Enter your current password, type DELETE, and confirm Delete permanently.

What gets removed

Deletion removes the Firebase Authentication identity, profile and username, uploaded avatar and queued photos, owned posts and comments, reactions and comments on other posts, relationship references, friend requests, notifications, reports, and push records from the active service. Limited provider backups and logs may persist temporarily according to provider operations and legal requirements.

If you can't access the app

Email support@poofdaily.com from your account's email address with the subject “Delete my Poof account.” Support must verify account ownership before processing the request.
