Data Retention Policy

Effective July 1, 2026

In-app notifications: up to 30 days and capped per user.
Push delivery receipts: 7 days.
Inactive push tokens: 180 days; invalid tokens are removed earlier when reported by Expo.
Resolved or dismissed moderation reports: 365 days. Open reports remain until reviewed.
Queued photos: the prior queued photo is removed when replaced.
Posts and comments: the previous post thread is removed when a new daily photo goes live.
Account and relationship data: retained while the account is active. Deleting the account from Settings removes the Firebase Authentication identity and associated active-service profile, username, uploaded photos, posts, comments, reactions, relationships, requests, notifications, reports, and push records. Provider backups and logs may remain for a limited additional period.
